My name is Branka Moore and as a Positive Thinking practitioner, I am a Counsellor, Certified Life Coach and an empowerment warrior.  I enjoy helping people and making the universe a happier place.  My primary focus is to help upgrade your mental and emotional state of being through the understanding and application of mindfulness, positive thinking psychology, cognitive-bahavioural therapy (CBT) and Law of Attraction (LOA). I enjoy working with individuals, couples and groups teaching, sharing, and promoting optimum mental and emotional well-being skills and expertise.  

I share the understanding of the importance of mastering your own thoughts and feelings.  You could say I help individuals learn to think in healthier ways. Not only have I repeatedly witnessed in my private practice what positive thinking can do for others, my own life has changed signficantly for the better (ok, not only better, it is awesome and I am filled with GRATITUDE each and every day!!) after applying the art of positive thinking psychology and Law of Attraction. I am a firm believer that this is a skill, and, like any other skill, it can be learned and applied to any area of your life in which you experience negativity. It's never too late to learn a new skill.  The results can have a life-altering impact in your life.

If you're already aware (perhaps others have eluded to the fact?!?) that you may not be the most positive person in the world, there are plenty of great reasons you might want to start mindfully changing your inner dialogue to a more positively focused one. There is a tremendous amount of research showing beyond all doubt that your imaginings, thoughts, beliefs, and emotions cause physiological, biological, and genetic changes all throughout your body.  Scientific evidence suggests that not only can positive thinking impact your ability to cope with stress and your immunity; it also has an impact on your overall well-being. There is no doubt whatsoever that thinking and emotion affects your body.  The skill in making it work for you, is learning to control what you focus on.

As your personal Counsellor, my objective is to help you heal and deal with mental and emotional pain and negativity (in its’ many possible forms; anxiety, anger, mild depression, stress, road rage, shyness, chronic pain or physical illness, low self-confidence, self worth & self esteem, relationship difficulties, weight control, workplace stress, confusion, loneliness, etc., ). As a Counsellor, I understand when you change the meaning, by changing the way you think and feel about yourself, others, and the events in your life, can you adopt new, empowering and constructive beliefs that allow you to move forward in living the life you want now. My goal is to help bring mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual peace to your everyday life.

Personal Life Coaching is a self-improvement process designed to help you learn to clear confusion, solve problems, become more empowered and help you get on with creating the ideal life you want. As your Personal Life Coach, I work with you as a co-active collaborator and guide to help you with your own realization of life and help you achieve your goals faster than doing it alone. My focus is to bring clarity, direction and action helping you enhance various aspects of your life so you can live a happier and more fulfilled life.
